Batch in Status 1, 2 or 3

• When a batch is a status 1, 2, or 3, the batch's status needs to be changed back to 0 - Open in order to edit or post the batch.
  • Status 1 - Validation in Progress
  • Status 2 - Validation Errors
  • Status 3 - Validation OK
• Batches in Status 1 & 2 are not accessible in the Batch Process form in the module.
• Batches in Status 3 are accessible in the Batch Process form, but may by in use by another user
• In Batch Selection, check the box for "Include all unposted batches" to see batches in these statuses. These batches cannot be opened in Batch Selection.

1. Navigate to Headquarters Module >> Programs
2. Open HQ Batch Control
3. Enter Month & BatchId on the Info tab
4. Change the Status back to 0 - Open
5. In the "In Use/Posted By:" field, remove the user name if not blank.

Now this batch will be available to edit or post through the original posting form or post through Batch Process.
