Important: Only one CM statement can be open at a time. To edit an older or previously reconciled statement, delete any later statements first.

Steps:

  1. Un-clear Entries

    • Open the statement in CM Clear Entries (e.g., 11/30/22).

    • Click Undo to un-clear all entries.

  2. Delete the Statement

    • In CM Statement Control, click the Red X / Trashcan.

    • If grayed out, delete the statement from the Grid tab.

  3. Repeat for Earlier Statements (if needed)

    • Delete later statements sequentially until you reach the period needing corrections.

  4. Reopen the Target Statement

    • In CM Statement Control, set the prior month (e.g., 10/31/22) to Open and Save.

  5. Make Corrections

    • Open CM Clear Entries and make the necessary changes.

  6. Re-close the Prior Statement

    • Close the statement in CM Statement Control and Save.

  7. Re-add the Current Statement

    • Click New in CM Statement Control to add the current month (e.g., 11/30/22).

  8. Continue Reconciliation

    • Open CM Clear Entries and resume clearing items for the current statement.
