[JB] The Bill Was Not Deleted But It No Longer Shows In The Grid

A bill was created in Job Billing but it no longer shows in the grid for me to make any changes to. It was not deleted either. When a bill has been pulled into a JB Interface batch it will no longer show in the grid. This is to keep people from making changes to a bill that has been set to interface. We need to find the batch the bill is in and either clear the batch or finish processing it through.

To find the batch, there are two things we can do. We can go to HQ Batch Control and look to see if there are any open JB Batches.

Or we can go to JB Batch Process and do an F4 to search for an open batch.

Once you have selected the batch. You can either clear the batch by going to File, Clear batch. This will put the bills back into Job Billing without interfacing them and you able to view and make changes to them. You can also Validate, Preview, and Post the Batch so that it is now interfaced to AR. This also puts them back in Job Billing so that you can view them again.
