Resolution:
Add the appropriate General Ledger (GL) account in HQ Tax Code under the Additional Options tab → Credit GL Retg Acct.
Cause:
This error may occur if the “Calculate Taxes on Retainage” option in AR Company Parameters was unchecked at the time of releasing retainage.
