How to add an attachment to a transaction

Adding an Attachment to a Posted or Paid Transaction

  1. Open DM Transaction Attachments.

  2. Press F4 to search for your transaction type (any posted transaction).

  3. Use filters (e.g., Vendor #, Invoice #, AP company #) to narrow your search. Click Refresh Results.

  4. In the grid, find and double-click the transaction you want.

  5. In the Attachment form, click Add, browse for your attachment, and double-click to select it.

  6. The attachment will appear. Exit the Attachment form.

  7. A paperclip icon in the grid confirms the attachment was added.
