Go into Job Cost>Programs> JC Phases
Info Tab:
JCP1. Create your phase number
Enter the phase you want to associate with the job or press F4 to select one from a list. Once you enter the phase code, its description will appear to the right.
You can only select a phase created in the JC Phases form.
Cost types linked to the selected phase are automatically added to the job. These are set up using the Cost Types tab in the JC Phases form and can be viewed in the JC Job Phases form.
JCP2. Enter your Description
Enter a job phase description (up to 60 characters). It defaults to the description from JC Phases.
Changing the description here does not affect the original description in JC Phases.
Cost Types Tab:
JCP3.
Enter the valid standard cost types for this phase. Only these cost types will be allowed for posting.
