When approving an invoice, verify the following information:
- The "Bill To" customer.
- The invoice date and due date.
- The work order(s) on the invoice.
- The invoice lines, including the date of service, technician, hours and total. Also read the line descriptions to make sure they make sense.
- The invoice totals.
- Compare the invoice lines to the attached SM Work Order Timecard Detail report and verify that the lines match.
