The HR Benefit Update form is accessible from the HR Benefits Code form and is used to update benefit code information to HR Resource Benefits globally.
- From the Human Resources module's Programs folder, open the HR Benefit Codes form.
- Once all codes are updated as necessary, from the File menu, select Update Resource Benefits. The HR Benefit Update form opens.
3. In the Benefit Code field, press F4 to select a code to update.
4. Check the Include Inactive Resources box to have the system update inactive resources if necessary.
5. Check the Only Update Matching Rates box to update resources whose benefit rate (earnings or deduction/liability) matches the Old Rate for the benefit code.
Note: If you do not select either box, the system updates all resource records with the new benefit information.
6. Click Update. A confirmation message displays.
7. Click Close. Updated information is now available in the HR Resource Benefits form.
