[HR] Resource Training Reports

The Human Resources module includes several reports to help track and manage employee training. These reports are available in the Reports folder.

HR Training & Education by Resource

• Lists all training codes by date and by HR resource.

• Includes class name, status, grade, hours, credits, training description, and training institution.

• Can be filtered by company, HR resource, or training code.

HR Training & Education by Training Code

• Displays training participation by training code.

• Shows who received the training, date, status, grade, degree earned, hours, and whether the training is OSHA, MSHA, CPR, or First Aid related.

• Can be filtered by HR resource, training code, or class description.

HR Training Class Registration

• Shows resource registration by training code.

• Includes class details such as start/end dates, time, instructor, institution, hours, status, and registered resources.

• Can be filtered by company, training code, start/end dates, or class status.

HR Training Classes

• Displays information from the HR Training Classes form.

• Can be filtered by training code, start date, or end date.
