[HQ] How can I access my batch reports after I have posted the batch?

Accessing Batch Attachments in HQ Batch Control

Overview:
HQ Batch Control stores audit lists as attachments from posted batches if the Company Parameters form is configured to allow it. Users can access these attachments directly from HQ Batch Control or via an HQ report.

Steps:

1. Verify the Company Parameters for the module (e.g., JC) to ensure the Attach Batch Reports to HQ Batch Control flag is enabled. If checked, batch reports will be stored in HQ.

2. Navigate to HQ Batch Control and enter the Company, Month, and Batch ID.

3. Click the Attachment (paperclip) icon in the toolbar. The Attachment Form will open, displaying all attached reports.
