Resetting your password if you sign in with a "Classic ID"
If you sign in to Vista using the "Classic ID" Option on the Vista launcher, follow these instructions: AVD Password Reset

Method 2: Trimble ID
Resetting your password if you sign in with a "Trimble ID"
If you Sign in to Vista using your Trimble ID, Follow the steps below
- navigate to https://us.id.trimble.com/ui/recover_password.html
- Enter the email associated with your Trimble ID
- Hit "Send Code"
- Enter the verification code you received in your email
- Enter your new password
