For specific GLs that don't automatically pull in set up months (example below).
1. Click Initialize
2. Fiscal Year Ending: year you are doing budget for
3. Budget Code: budget code for budget that you are working on
4. GL Account Mask: should automatically be the GL that you need to add months for, if not you can change it.
5. Based On: Selected amounts
6. Make sure that Month is selected under "Selected Amounts"
7. Type the monthly amount in the blank (if the monthly amount isn't the same for every month, just type the amount for the first month and you can change each separate month on step 14).
8. Fill out whether it is Dr/Cr.
9. Click Initialize.
10. Click Yes in the pop up.
11. Click Close in the pop up.
12. GL Initialize Budgets will stay open but you can close out.
13. The amounts should have been added by month.
14. To change any months, click into the cell you need to change, type the new amount, and click save.
