Implementation Process

Vista Implementation funnel
Here's what I have for the Vista implementation flow. The mechanics work but it all needs some serious prettying up:

  1. https://www.silvertrek.net/vista-implementation/info
    1. user signs up here with their name, email and company name.
    2. Currently, it does NOT immediately go to Pipedrive so if they don't do step #2, we could miss a lead.
    3. This page is not currently linked anywhere from the main website, but it should be.
    4. We should add all the information from the implementation flyer to this landing page 
  2. Once they fill out their basic info, they will be redirected to https://www.silvertrek.net/vista-implementation/form
    1. Name, Company and email will be prefilled
    2. This form could use some work to make it look nicer.
    3. When they click submit, a Pipedrive deal will be created and it will redirect to the booking link
  3. Pipedrive Deal (example: https://silvertrek.pipedrive.com/deal/3003)
    1. The Pipedrive deal is called "Vista Implementation"
    2. All form information is attached as a note
    3. Activities are created to register the lead and schedule a call
    4. The deal and activities are assigned
    5. Zap: https://zapier.com/editor/284715713/published
  4. Scheduling link: https://www.silvertrek.net/vista-implementation/schedule-call
    1. Using Microsoft Bookings https://outlook.office.com/bookings/services
    2. This will find a time available for Jess & Michael
    3. Unfortunately, they have to enter their name and email again 
    4. The time will go on Jess & Michael's calendar




Make sure that the activities match assignments as below:


Pipedrive/Implementation

  • Implementation Lead (MLK)
  • Set up in Pipedrive (JJ/LM)
  • Register Lead for Commission with Trimble (JJ/LM)
  • Set up Action Items List Below:
    • Schedule Discovery Meeting for MW/JM (JJ/LM)
    • Have Discovery Meeting (MW/JM) Optional (JJ/LM)
    • Update Pipedrive Project Side (MW/JM)
    • Build Work Order (LM/JJ)
    • Review Work Order (MW/JM)
    • Review Pricing (MLK)
    • Send work order in email (JJ/LM)

Organization

Title Vista Implementation

Add Vista Implementation Label

See above for Pipeline/Implementation Activity Assignments

Daily check to see if




Daily checks:


Admin team to check daily and see if on the #pipeline Slack channel anything has been created make sure the tab Vista Implementation has been assigned. Activities will auto populate

Check for Lead Register in pipedrive or if there are any open activities to register the leads


You can go to left and see all open activities attached to a specific person as needed
