Fill in the AR Customer Name
Sort Name will auto populate
Mailing Address:
Fill in your Mailing Address Information
Add'l Address if Applicable
Billing Address:
Fill in your Billing Address Information
Add'l Address if Applicable
Contact Information:
Phone - Enter Phone Number
Fax - Enter Fax Number
Contact - Enter Main Contact
Contact Ext - Enter Main Contact Extension if applicable
Email - Enter Contact Email
URL: Enter Company URL if needed
Add'l Info Tab:
Status: Typically Active, update as needed
Payment Terms: Set up customers payment terms
Receivable Type: Usually Accounts Receivable
Tax Code: If the customer has a tax code
Misc. Dist Code: Enter the default AR Misc Distribution Code (F4 to select) for this customer to auto-fill on invoices and payments—can be changed if needed.
Credit Limit: If there is a credit limit you can enter here.
Markup/Discount Rate: Materials Sales markup only
Finance Charge Type:
- A = Account – Charges all outstanding invoices as one line (Open Item or Balance Forward).
- I = Invoice – Charges by specific invoice (Open Item only; switches to A if Balance Forward is selected).
- R = RecType – Charges grouped by receivable type, one line per type (Open Item or Balance Forward).
- N = None – No finance charges applied.
Exclude Contract Invoice from Finance Charges Checkbox
Statements: Check this box if you're printing statements for the customer
JB Progress Bills Invoice Format: Select your format is applicable
Sync To ProjectSight checkbox
Material Sales
This only needs to be filled out if you intend on using it with Material Sales
