[IM] About the IM Import Purge Form

Use the IM Import Purge form to remove templates or specific import IDs from the system.

Purging a Template

1. Select the Import Template Purge radio button.

2. Specify the template to purge in the Import Template field.

3. Click Purge.

This process deletes all records associated with the template, including:

• Template header (IMTH)

• Template detail (IMTD)

• Record types (IMTR)

• Cross-references (IMXH, IMXD)

Additionally, any pending imports in IM Work Edit (IMWH, IMWE) or IM Upload associated with the template will be removed.

Purging a Specific Import ID

1. Select the Import ID Purge radio button.

2. Specify the Import Template and Import ID to purge.

3. Click Purge.

This process deletes the selected import ID from IM Work Edit (IMWH, IMWE) while leaving the import template intact.
