Recording HR Resource Employment History in HR Company Parameters
Certain items can be selected for recording in the HR Resource Employment History within HR Company Parameters.
When a checkbox is selected to record these changes, it is necessary to assign a code from the HR Code Master that has a code type of H – History.
Additionally, changes in the HR Resource Master are recorded as follows:
Employment Status – Recorded if the status is marked as Update Employment History.
Position – Recorded when a position is added or changed.
Termination Reason – Recorded when a reason is added or changed.
Hire Date – Recorded when a hire date is added.
