[HR] How to track Employment History in Human Resources

Recording HR Resource Employment History in HR Company Parameters


Certain items can be selected for recording in the HR Resource Employment History within HR Company Parameters.


When a checkbox is selected to record these changes, it is necessary to assign a code from the HR Code Master that has a code type of H – History.


Additionally, changes in the HR Resource Master are recorded as follows:

  • Employment Status – Recorded if the status is marked as Update Employment History.

  • Position – Recorded when a position is added or changed.

  • Termination Reason – Recorded when a reason is added or changed.

  • Hire Date – Recorded when a hire date is added.
