ℹ️ FIRST - VERIFY YOU ARE IN THE CORRECT COMPANY
1. Go into the Accounts Receivable Module
2. Accounts Receivable> Select Reports
3. Accounts Receivable> Reports> Double Click +AR Account Statement
ℹ️ We are going to walk through the AR Account Statement before pulling the report
4. Beginning Customer/Ending Customer: Press F4 for selection, leave blank if N/A
This is if you need to specify which customers you are going to pull.
Press F4 to select the customer in beginning and end (this is great for one specific customer)
If this is for ALL AR, keep this blank this is best to use when you're doing a monthly report
5. Statement Date: Today's Date or Month End Date
If you're sending it to a customer for everything current you can select today's date
Recommended to use the end of the statement month you're pulling, you'll use this method when pulling the monthly report
6. Include Transactions Through: Today's Date or Month End Date

7. (D)ue Date: (I)nvoice: This is how you want to the date for your AR Billings to pull
Due Date - if you want it to show when the AR was due
Invoice Date - if you want it show when you invoiced your AR
For a monthly Account Statement show your AR Due Date unless specified for an invoice date
8. Beginning Receivable Type & Ending Receivable Type - Keep Blank
9. Days Between Columns: The default is at 30
If you want to change the dates (example if your net payment terms are 15 days) you can put in the relevant days between your columnns.
10. Remarks: If you'd like a note at the bottom of your report.
Example: Thank you!
11. Defaulted to use Silvertrek Address:
If you receive AR Services from Silvertrek you will want to add this, this shows Silvertrek as your contact for AR questions.

14. Account Statement Preview
15. Select the export icon to export your AR Account Statement Report
16. Export the AR Account Statement Report to PDF
17. Save your AR Account Statement PDF to Dropbox
18. Go into Dropbox Silvertrek Systems and Select your Customer Folder
19. Once you have selected your Customer Folder go into your Administrative Folder
20. Once you have selected your Administrative Folder go into your AR Folder
21. Once you have selected your AR Folder go into your AR Monthly Statement Folder
22. Name your file with your report date YYYYMMDD AR Account Statement
23. Save your folder
24. You have finished creating your AR Account Statement Report - You are ready to send your reports
Break your pdf apart and email out your statements to your customers so that they can see if they are current in payment or past due. This will allow for you to also let your customers know that you need to collect payment.
ℹ️ Your report is only as accurate as your information. If you find that any information is missing reference your AR invoices and AR Customer set ups
