[PR] Clearing/Replacing Old Checks

Situation 1: Check Replacement

A check from a closed period was lost or damaged and must be reissued. 


Situation 2: Check Replacement (Manual)

Replace a payroll check after 90 days (new check date).


Situation 3: Void Payment 

Employee should not have been paid, and the pay period is closed.


Situation 4: Void and Reissue (open pay period)

A check in the current (open) pay period is returned because it is wrong. 


Situation 5: Void and Reissue (closed pay period)

A check in a closed pay period needs to be voided and reissued because it is wrong.
