To manage whether a user can view the Rates and Amount columns in PR Timecard Entry:
Purpose:
The option in VA User Profile controls visibility of these fields in the PR Timecard Entry form and the PR Timecard Entry Audit List report.
Important: This setting does not restrict access to rates or amounts in other payroll reports.
Procedure:
Open the VA User Profile in the Viewpoint Administration Module.
To allow a user to see earning rates and amounts, check the box “Display Earnings Rates in PR Timecard Entry.”
To hide these columns for the user, uncheck the box.
Note:
This setting only applies to PR Timecard Entry and its audit report. Users may still see rates and amounts in other payroll reports if they have access.
